GM back at their game of trying to pretend that an automatic is a performance transmission! OH please, if they were interested in performance they would have developed a true DCT. But GM being GM does things on the cheap!

I think that was the 9-speed from GM that Ford deemed not good.

Yes, because Ford worked on the 10 speed.

All the reviews in the truck reviews say the Ford programming is far better.

“I see your motorsport-derived tremec hotness, and raise you. *checks notes* a slushbox out of a truck...?”

One of the reasons Cadillac is failing is because it IS priced like the competition

Indeed. Moving hq to nyc was the dumbest decision of all time. All to appease that charlatan hack from Nissan. Embarrassing misstep.

Cadillac’s multibillion-dollar, New York City-led branding effort—not a bad idea on its face—

Caddy should learn a thing or two from a rejuvenated Lincoln on how to do Crossovers/SUVs. Heck, forget the Aviator I’ll take a new top of the line Ford Explorer over an XT6 if I were in the market.

Who’s freaking out? And why? Barrett-Jackson does this a couple times a year, and it’s not even the most expensive car they’ve ever auctioned.

At first I was out on the styling, but the more I see it - especially in gray - the more I hate it.

oh man, the V6 1LE owners better watch out.

Ford doesn't have the production capacity to come close to Escalade sales. One upside of Ford getting out of the sedan business is that they will be adding production capacity for full size SUVs (navigator and expedition) and Super duty, all vehicle lines that are currently having trouble meeting demand.

I can tell from other press shots they released.

Ford didn’t plan for such high Navigator sales, and is struggling to keep up with demand.  The Escalade, meanwhile has no production hurdles.

My pappy said “son, you’re gonna drive me to drinkin’ if you buy an XT6 over this Hot Rod Lincoln.”

This...? or a 450/600 HP/TQ - Hybrid... Rear Wheel Drive Based... much better looking Lincoln Aviator...... hmmmmmm....

Am I the crazy one that think it’s not a very good looking car?

This is obviously some strange usage of the word “glorious” that I wasn’t previously aware of.

Had a girl in a drive-thru the other day tell me she liked the wreath and was “surprised to see that on a man’s car”.... I laughed.
