I’m not exactly sure the public was ever really hungry for Saabs. Their pre-GM history doesn’t really show that, their post-GM history doesn’t show that, and niether frankly did their time under GM.

Police still have to file a report since they were dispatched. You can save your outrage for now

Well to be fair when it don’t sell it doesn’t get recalled.

Well he was used to fiats so.....

Alternately, I have a friend who drives a wrangler who says it’s terrible because everything but the driveline will break. So not only will your car turn to shit, but you’ll have to drive it forever.

It’s not like there are no other big luxury sedans that are FWD based...

Alternate answer, the LEDs on the 2013-2014 Mustang harken back to the 1970 Mustang. This is something I only noticed recently.

Bigger question is: Do you need a cam swap on a Coyote? Historically, stock Ford performance cams are pretty good. The 5.0HO cam is a great choice for any street build Fox Body.

Is the reliability problem just when you strap a blower on it? I’m trying to reconcile all of the Z06 performance problems on the stingray that auto journalists have been running into.

I don’t know. I love mine, and prefer it to the LS3s I’ve driven.

I respectfully disagee. LS has been around for a long time. Coyote came out a few years ago and there is already lots of aftermarket support and it just keeps growing. It’s been swapped in all kinds of cars and trucks.

Also LS7 weights about 450 lbs which is about same as Coyote.

Actually, the LS is good only because it’s physical size and weight are good relative to the engine displacement you can achieve.

Bitch please.

I think “persecuted” is a little far. The cars aren’t safe and at least that one stranded Nissan was driving dangerously

I totally agree.

you mean, other than one of the worlds best and most reliable diesel motor?

CR also gave the Jetta the same rankings back in the late 90’s and those cars were pieces of shit. Literally every other person I’ve known who has owned a VAG product has had serious issues with them.

Their cars have been illegally releasing a greater volume of pollutants than permitted and these pollutants are known carcinogens. So while you mention GM its not really cut and dry since who knows what long term effects of those half a million cars on the road releasing those pollutants will have?

So far nothing concrete had come out about anyone else.,. Yet. But in any regards VW makes cruddy products anyway so this merely compounds things and doubly confirms my choice not to buy their vehicles

Not that I had planned to anyway but I’m pretty sure I wont be buying any VAG products moving forward. This is utterly ridiculous.
