You do realize that with increased public access at conferences the public is getting to play demos on show floors for conventions like Pax and even e3 not just coached members of the press; and yes some run on suped up computers, but with a big emphasis of proving games run on current gen consoles at these shows it

Here’s the thing though if you are making a quality game letting people play that game should not lose you any sales; even if you have a sub-par demo people will still remain interested in a quality made game they just might not buy it on release day they might wait for reviews but if they are interested in the game

Besides the additional work required to build one, lots of developers fear a demo could be all a player wants from the game. If the demo is enough, why pay for it?

Don’t forget that Sawk and Throh only made it into the game on the sidelines... They actually avoided adding a lot of characters that would have fit into the game, and since it’s looking like there will never be any dlc for the game it looks like we will have to wait for a sequel...

I know my initial response should be ‘copyright infringement is bad mkay’ but seriously this actually looks pretty well made. Normally when you think of mobile knockoffs you think of terrible games with stolen sprites that just try to cash in on name recognition, but these games seem like they have some thought and

Well, considering it is Mondo I am sure it’s part of a tie-in screening of the movie at the Alamo Drafthouse like they normally do with their posters.

I fully expected this article to devolve into a full blown ‘don’t pre-order games’ rant... On another note, this is sort of why I am less and less interested in collector’s editions; between delays, outright cancellations just days before release, and absolutely horrible product quality I am really beginning to lose

Everybody loves stealing Olly Moss’s work; this just reminds me of that time that Gearbox swiped part of his Empire Strikes Back poster for the interior box art of Borderlands 2...

The simplest way for Google to implement a means for diminishing clickbaut tactics is to simply add a “title/tag relevancy” voting system along side it’s “like” system.

I think what is really great about Geralt though is that you make him yours; sure he has a distinct voice and personality, but you get to continuously decide how he feels about; and because witcher’s are generally indifferent to the world it actually makes sense whenever you control his decisions, coupling this with

I would honestly love to see a first person Daredevil game that blends elements of Mirror’s Edge style parkour with sonar based visuals like seen in Lurking and Perception... It would allow you to actually get inside the feeling of what it would be like to be Daredevil. Of course it would also probably be fairly

I love this, enough said.

Man this reminds me how much I really love Steelbooks... I know dvd cases have been going the way of ‘less-is-better’ for years now by cutting down on plastic consumption, but I really wish that every game and movie I own was in a Steelbook.

To be honest, I think it might be time for Sega to let Sonic move on to better pastures. At this point it is almost impossible to recapture what made the original Sonic games so good, and shoving the characters into various different genres has been hit or miss for the last few years.

I’ve been looking forward to this for months to bridge the gap until P5. What I am not looking forward to is playing it in bite size chunks thanks to the gamepad’s terrible battery life. A feel like JRPGs are always great for all night marathon sessions, but the Wii U is the worst for that...

I can't help but imagine that it would be a great deal cheaper to buy an adjustable standing desk than to go through all of these diy projects...

I used to do it while drafting because it reduces the risks of smudging your work; if you are working at a 90 degree you are more apt to brush your arm against the lower portion of your work while working on the upper portion.

Can I just ask... Why bother trying to go for realism for your graphics if you are going to slap horrible motion filters, obnoxious particle effects, and brightly colored outlines on top of everything?

I am sure after some of the hate they’ve gotten for UWP recently developers are probably barking at Microsoft just as much as gamers are; it’s got to hurt working on a game knowing full well that when it releases it won’t benefit from 3rd party support apps that rely on an .exe like Nvdia GeForce Experience, Razer

It takes some getting used to, when I first got mine I hated it and found it to be really uncomfortable to use; but after I realized it’s made to rest in your hands rather than be gripped by them it became a lot better.
