The comic that’s coming out from Titan seems to link part of the undead curse to the death of the dragons and the waning of their flame.

This seems a bit different than what he had said last month, originally he had seemed pretty against making any more DS games at all; essentially saying that if years from now someone on his team begged him to make a DS game they might do it, other wise they aren't. Saying that the series isn’t finished and is just on

While it’s neat in concept, I feel like automating something like this would be a massive undertaking. It’s easy for a person to go through a match and pick out a great moment and blend different players perspectives in a way that is pleasing to watch; but coding a program to do just that would be a nightmare.

Microtransactions were meant to pay for the content released between TTK and RoI; it allowed them to develop the holiday events, sparrow racing, etc... It funded a small update team who worked on side content like that while their main development team worked on RoI.

I might actually be more excited for this than I am for Mankind Divided...

I am sure that most of this is referential humor, but none of this really came off as funny to me. Perhaps I am just getting old; but ADD jump cuts, stock footage/image wipes, and repetitive tag phrases don’t really come off as witty or interesting at all to me.

I am strangely split on this.

I was sort of hoping the Manaphy plush would come with a baby Phione... Oh well, it would have been a nice touch to have the pair together.

I for one will say that no one deserves to be harnessed, especially for simply doing their job. Unfortunately the world we live in is full of people who disagree with that sentiment and has been since long before the Internet or media in general.

I always think the same thing, unfortunately DkS’s lack of pausing makes a photo mode a distant dream; which is a shame because catching some of the action shots from the game would be fantastic.

I feel like the most effective way to transition a video game to film would be to take something that is light on story and has lore that is open to interpretation; that way you wouldn’t have people who are upset about all the details not matching or the story being too far from what you expect.

I can already see how this will pan out...

Here’s the thing though... Life is altogether way too serious at times, and is yet often nowhere near as serious as many movies make themselves. You need to be able to take a moment to step back and poke fun at things every once and in a while and if you don’t that serious nature begins to become unrealistic.

I always wish I could get into DkS’s pvp like this, I’ve always liked the idea of invading/dueling on paper but I can’t never get over just how bad FromSoft’s netcode is.

I plan on getting Dark Root just for Sif and Artorias; when they first announced the game these are the two models I wanted them to make the most so needless to say I’m excited to see that they’ll be added to the game as well. I will say I was really hoping to see Raime and Velstadt make it in too, hopefully they

As long as it wouldn’t be handled by Namco in any way shape or form I could get behind that... Slashy Souls was such a giant pile of horse-sh*t that I have a hard time putting trust into a mobile version of DkS though...

I am hoping they are still taking late backers next month; I didn’t have the money to get in on this while the Kickstarter was running but I want these so bad. I don’t care if I never actually play the game I just want all the models.

There are two outfits, 47's suits from Absolution and Blood Money, that can be unlocked after completing 5 and 10 elusive target missions.

In classic time-sensitive fashion I missed out on this one... I like the idea of elusive targets but I hate the idea that you only get one chance at each one and if you miss it for any reason you are missing out on content.

More than anything I am surprised that Thomsen is writing as an official reviewer for the Washington Post; we are talking about a man who created a career out of writing polarizing and often hyper subjective reviews of well liked games just to stir up reader responses.
