Goldbloom oozes camp as well. In fact, he’s so camp it pretty much goes full circle and fells normal again.
Tiny nitpick, she was the only one who could drive her brother’s car while Steve was incapacitated. So her “zoomer” trait did come in handy. Though I completely agree that she should have been much more a contributing member of the gang.
Max was definitely a let down. She was a good character, but it didn’t seem like she really did anything of consequence. If you took her out the only thing that would really change is Lucas again not having anything to do.
I think the Pac Man ghost is actually pretty clever. And to be honest I think the beast costume looks pretty hot, so I can overlook the stupid bits.

To be honest, I find this pretty surprising considering Wizards has done a bang up job representing other cultures with MTG lately. I haven’t been around for the Meso-Pirate world, but the Indian plane seemed very respectful and well thought out.

I was really hesitant to say anything at all on social media because everything I wanted to say seemed like saying “yes, but how can I make this conversation about ME, a white man.” But I do support the raising of awareness, even though I do understand many of the criticism.
