Babysat a little guy last night. He kept calling Super Mario Odyssey “Open Salami” and wanted to play a game we never figured out I swear was called “Monkey Septum 3.” Me and my boys really tried (he’s got a bit of a muted slur when he’s talking excited) but we got nowhere.

After reading this extensive article, I’m gonna have to request a history of the beloved “2” franchise, and the cherished “Super” series of the 16-bit era. 

I believe the title you are looking for is “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure.”

This was the worst in transition to HD. I actually stopped playing Monster Hunter on Wii U because at the time I didn’t have an HDTV, and couldn’t actually read what my quests were. They just made them work for HD, and forget anyone in the past.

My beef? It came out on iOS. It has touchscreen controls. It has big, chunky buttons. Yet, in offscreen mode there is no touchscreen capability on a touchscreen device. Roll dice, swipe cards, point at your next square, just use the controller (and sometimes wonky button combinations) to do what a touch would fix. 

The short change isn’t just big name companies at all. I see some odd design choices there, but I’ve seen some lower budget and indie titles getting some strange shafts on handheld in different ways.

Maybe, maybe not but I am pretty sure I remember Ed making her terribly long name up, that her father was so forgetful he left her at daycare and forgot to pick her up for two years, and that there’s a specific scene where she says “Ed is a girl!”

I’m really wondering how people are melting down over the fact that if your paid subscription lapses they can’t guarantee your save will be online.
