I don’t like the back end, and it’s not my favorite design of all time, but I think that’s crazy talk when compared to other cars in it’s price range. I mean, I hate GM, and I’d pick a Cayman over both, but this makes the Supra look like a blob fish:

The new Vette is going to eat a lot of lunches in this price range. I would be very nervous if I was making a sports car anywhere around $60k.

Anyone else wondering how long they can exist like this? Tesla seems to exemplify a new era of company that’s overvalued and under performing, makes no profit but continues to get capital somehow. It makes no sense. Uber and Lyft are the same.

The article repeats many times that the luxury comes from the craftsmanship and attention to detail, not electronics and switchgear.

It is probably more like 99.5% and 0.5%, but you get the point. Humans are actually really damn good at the oddball things that we’ve never seen before and/or haven’t practiced regularly. Robots are not so good at this sort of thing.

White noise is different than active suppression of external noise. Active noise suppression would remove white noise as well as the various hums of an office setting, allowing you to hear all the other workers perfectly.

Autonomous cars are already arguably better at driving than humans. What they don’t like is that human drivers don’t always obey traffic laws.

So basically everyone has come to terms with reality except for Musk? At this point claiming that Teslas purchased today will have self driving capability makes him either an idiot or a liar, neither of which is a good look.
