Um the Hummer will also be like double the size and price. This isn't necessarily about Hummer sales, it's about a complete shift in how people see EVs. 

Counter counterpoint: this is stage 4. No mention of range, and a completely irrational "manly man truck does man things" commercial with a deep voiced narrator is coming. The brand name, ridiculous specs, and bro truck image will sell this vehicle. It's definitely stage 4. 

There's zero Hummer stigma among bro truck buyers. They more than likely miss it dearly unlike most people. 

Not to mention their massive deal with Amazon too.

If I were spending that much on an electric land whale, I’d probably go with Rivian instead. Lincoln as a brand still holds a lot of value with older people I know, but other than that it isn’t a very interesting brand, nor one that I see growing much. 

You usually can’t tell in the US which ones are actually twats, until you see a Ram truck with the side mirrors stretched out as far as possible while not even towing anything. They are always tailgaters.
