A model s can't be a track car though. That's a big issue for Porsche lovers. Even if they don't take it out for track days, they want the bragging rights. 

I was just going to say that. How’s a Tesla model s on a track compared to this Porsche? It’s worse in a bunch of stats to make it’s speed sustainable. Meaning this is a real deal track car. 

They are launching the most expensive models first, actually. There will be way cheaper models coming out eventually. They just won't have all wheel drive and some other features.

Yeah I have a good driving record and pay attention to the road but I'd never trust myself to constantly monitor my car. I can't focus that long, especially if it seems to know what it's doing. 

We don’t have to start with semi-autonomous cars. We can just let companies let Waymo figure out level 4, which they are doing well. The biggest challenge still remains merging at the moment. 

And quite easily. Also Musk demoed autopilot without his hands on the wheel. Seems reckless. 

Idiots without autopilot text and drive but still somewhat pay attention. Idiots with autopilot just never look up. They're already dangerous, but the false confidence amplifies it. 

Actually, we want full autonomy. Humans suck at watching a car and waiting for it to fuck up.

There's an app that charges drivers a monthly fee to drive for them. That's it. They don't take a cut of their fare, although I don't know how prices are calculated.
