Steam isn't going out of business. They just have a real competitor nipping at their ankles. 

Review bombing is so prevalent I don’t give a damn about reviews from gamers. I just read reviews from sites instead, that won’t bash games over trivial matters.

Just like Steam stopped doing sales after it took a dominant position in the market. Oh wait.
