Why did I click on that video? Even jumping straight to the eight minute mark I could almost feel my IQ dropping as the video played. Here’s the eyeball shot so you don’t have to suffer the same fate.

My personal favorite was that one that paid off like $150k and then waaaay down in the article it was like “oh by the way, I was given rental property by my family for passive income! But anyone can pay off their loans like I did!

There are a million reasons you could be making $15/hr after an expensive college education and have done everything “right”.  See: social workers, teachers, certain med techs, marketing, writing, SO MANY THINGS.  A degree is enough to get you in the door (sometimes).  It doesn’t come with a salary guarantee.

No, but when companies are asking for a 4-year degree for receptionist positions, this is where we end up.

According to the glowing Forbes profile of her (that shames everyone who isn’t working 22 hours a day and networking constantly), she saves money by living with her significant other.

From 2002 people, 2002.

None. After he walked out on me and the kids I made a big point of continuing to go absolutely everywhere that I liked because fuck him, I own all these places and HE can go find somewhere new if it bothers him.

Most of the men around me responded to each Me Too outing with utmost concern about how the changing environment would affect them personally. So, excuse me if I have zero hope for us, ladies. I await a benevolent lady billionaire to buy us an island so we can finally be free from dick monsters.

College graduates in the 60s and 70s could work a minimum wage job during the school year and summer and easily pay tuition. 1994-ish was the last year that was possible.
