Far more white women voted for Trump than Hilary though. That’s true, and it’s not something that can be brushed under the carpet.

Until birth your fetus must be protected at all costs - but once it’s grown up a bit, we’ll look the other way if it happens to get molested.
I always said GOPers would support a pedophile if had R next to name and they are about to prove me right. It would be hilarious if not so patheric and dangerous.
Yes indeed. I feel like there is no end to how insightful and relevant that piece of fiction really is.
Yes, the Roy Moore lady on CNN was a piece of work.
this reminds me of that part in The Handmaid’s Tale where Serena Joy is forced to throw out the books SHE WROTE on conservative values because the culture that SHE CREATED does not allow women to read. these women are literally creating their own oppressors.
Years ago, I realized that there’s one extremely common tell for when someone is lying: regardless of how overdetermined an incident might be, people can almost always provide a single overriding explanation for why they ended up doing something. “I was late because I overslept.” But when someone wants to lie about…
I guess we’re going to find out what the feet of every Trek race looks like.

Kind of a bummer after last weeks tip top version of z-nation, but ah well. the worst sin this episode commits is just being kind of old fashioned and lame... I didn’t hate it. I wasn’t bored, I just kinda groaned and looked at my phone most of the time...
Not the best Z Nation episode ever, but I wasn’t bored. Lots of funny and this show tickles me with their commitment to bat shit crazy. It’s how I like to imagine a zombie Apocalypse would be.
I was gonna say ‘twinkfluenza’.
Eh, I had fun watching it. Regardless of how much more improved the series becomes, I’m usually game for anything as long as it doesn’t feel like it’s dropping into the worst of Asylum’s movie badness. I suppose it helps that this show has a solid cast, if nothing else.
Another one bites the dust.
Eh. What he said is pretty standard therapy speak. I do think him being famous helps get his point across. Which isn’t a bad thing! It’s a very good thing and would be nice to see more celebs use their celeb powers for good.
Good thoughts from Harmon. Personally though, the main thing that keeps the darkness at bay for me is running long distances. Not an option for some, I realize, and not advice Dan would ever proffer. But I notice myself slipping into a depression whenever I haven’t run for a while. Wether it’s the endorphin release,…
AS someone who has been depressed since maybe 2 years now what he said kind of helps. Not because he’s famous but because I’ve never seen someone word it the way he does. Depression sucks man.
I cannot agree strongly enough with the “We put ourselves under so much pressure to feel good. It’s OK to feel bad” statement. One of the most important things we ought to teach kids is that it’s not only just OK to feel sad or upset or even angry at times, it’s right to feel like that sometimes.
