At least among the Dragon Age community, the reception to DA2 has gotten significantly softer with time. Most recognize it as a flawed game that was strung together on an extremely tight development window. It gave us a couple of the best companions in the series and, IMO, has the most interesting protagonist of all

Well you have to keep in mind: when the MLB first licensed to Sony there was competition out there. MLB 2K was the competition, and remained so for years. As with all things 2K, though, fans just weren’t happy with the product as they kept phoning it in every year (even more so than annual sports titles already do).

“Effects and Cause” is, IMO, the single best level in a FPS of all time.

I also think that part of it is that we got both the first season of LiS and the prequel, so we spent a LOT of time with Chloe and experiencing her story (Max may be the protagonist of the first season, but it’s just as much Chloe’s story told through Max’s perspective). So I think there were many people who were

It’s a game. That’s the entire beginning, middle, and end to why it’s this way. It’s a game, and that’s the gameplay mechanic they went with.

*technically* this dumb-looking truck isn’t a launch for this year at all. It won’t release until 2021 at the earliest (Tesla time does not follow normal human time).

They’re not taking anything away from HBO Now. Anything that is HBO, will continue to be available via HBO Go/HBO Now (such as Sesame Street). HBO Max will just include everything in HBO Now plus all the other stuff Warner Media/AT&T (HBO’s parent company) wants to include.

Oh no, Jae Crowder might only be able to make 1.5 million instead of 3 million. Will people please think of the Jae Crowder’s of the world and how they’ll only be a millionaire and not a multi-millionare?!?!

And yet, Twitch seems more than happy to continue to recommend Amouranth’s channel to me. So Twitch has some stupid double-standard where, if the channel gets enough views it’s OK? Yeah, that’s some Grade-A bullshit right there. Either Twitch needs to fix their system so these trolls can’t get streamers like this

Except if this was about his behavior the American University players would also get a 6 month ban. Yet those players got no consequences. So either Blizzard is lying here, or they’re selectively issuing out punishments based on the optics in China. Blitzchung’s actions were absolutely more visible to China, so unless

Honestly, I think the only thing Twitch has done well recently is opening their Creative section. I’ve found a bunch of really talented musicians and artists via their Creative section and I wish Twitch would prompt them more. Most of the time it’s just people playing music or drawing a commission with basically none

The key will be how many of them understand the long game vs those that only care about the immediately benefit. The dumbass in the white house could set a whole boatload of precedent that the next Democrat President can use to justify their own actions. It’s just a matter of seeing how many on the other side of the

Couldn’t Valve just set the “used” price higher than the price to buy it “new”? So if you buy a copy of the game for $60, then want to re-sell it, the person buying it has to pay $65? Yeah, you’d get the stupid people who would buy the “used” copy, but by and large that would prevent people from buying “used” games.

Except there are large parts of the country where 100 miles absolutely doesn’t cut it, including populated areas. I live in a suburban area outside of Houston. My job is in Houston. My round trip commute is 42 miles. I work in IT. A trip to our datacenter is a 44 mile round trip from my office (a trip I make about

I don’t think anyone has really done much study on that. Epilepsy is the result of a chemical imbalance in your brain, which is what the medication helps to correct. So in theory, getting hit in the head shouldn’t matter much. But getting hit in the head repeatedly isn’t good for anyone.

Unfortunately, research is showing us that Football is detrimental to your health even before you make a single dime. Like, High School early:

Nintendo will never sell to a North American-based company. If Nintendo were to sell, they’d likely sell to another Japanese company. The most likely candidate being SoftBank, as they’ve got the capital to make it happen and also are already in the technology business.

Every single algorithm would say it was stupid but the Rockets *had* to do it if they wanted a chance at FA’s in their post-CP years. Morey has a history of treating players like assets and most of the league was under the assumption they would offer this contract to CP when they traded for him. Had they offered him

Nope. Though there are benefits to buying some of said games straight on Origin. Mass Effect 2, for example, has much easier DLC management if you have a copy on Origin.

“Wear and tear” will never be the cause of consumer SSD failure. Tech Report did a wear test in 2015:
