Yes. Car bought in May 2018 so sorry, only 19 months, not 24. I take the trip 1-2 times a month so yes I think it’s regular enough.

My office building, which is pretty damn big (at least a thousand staff), has two...count them, TWO chargers and they are next to each other. The rub is that there are at least three EVs I’ve seen that need them. Of course, the lucky two that get there first, stay there the entire day.

A lot of people have to go to meetings in the next city, and can’t charge while in that meeting. And we can add: straight to picking up the kids from school and then off to some sports hobby after getting home with no time to quick-charge at that point either. It really shouldn’t be that hard to understand peoples’

The comments on this trying to defend this by comparing this to lines at gas station are particularly comical. Seeing as how the only time that lines for gas are ever like this are in times of crisis or when some gas station gets the bright idea to undercut their competitor by some outrageous amount and everyone in

I’ve had a Costco membership for nearly a decade. And growing up, we were there on a weekly basis as well. But I never remembered my dad getting gas there once. After a couple of attempts as an adult, I see why. I don't see the need to save 16 cents a gallon after dropping 3-figures on just a handful of items from

Isn’t there already an app for that? Where you can leave it on and livestream 24/7 and get paid with how many subscribers you have? I think it’s called YouTube... lol

Yes in the grand scheme of things it is. Plus with our housing problems here, rent isn’t really a good indicator of low income. $1500/month for a place is cheap for LA county.

Where else would they go? If all superchargers in the area are full then they’re full. Go spend an hour or two to charge your Tesla or cancel your Thanksgiving plans.

Or then buy a real car or have a fleet of real cars, and only use your Tesla when it’s convenient to make an appearance.

Ran out of coal.

If only there was some type of hybrid system that had an inboard gasoline engine/generator to charge the battery while the car was in motion.

Friend of mine has a Model 3. He’s an example of “wanting is better than having”. He doesn’t like it as much as he thought he would.

So the moral of the story is if you’re a smug a-hole living in Smugland, you better also buy a Powerwall-solar setup so you’re not twiddling your thumbs all day?

<While companies like GM twiddle their thumbs and pen useless op-eds for CNN wondering who, WHO, could possibly build the infrastructure their cars require for them,>

Bro if you own a Tesla without a vanity plate that rivals the d-bag level of any coal roller are you even really singlehandedly saving the planet?

Meanwhile in Payson, AZ at the confluence of AZ 87 and 260...

People rarely like admitting that they made a mistake. They like admitting it even less when it means they wasted money. They like it even less than that when the amount of money they wasted is obvious, incredibly conspicuous and a status symbol.

SStarbucks,  Dunkin donuts,  Tim hortons,  Krispy Kreme should be installing these at every store

Oh the irony of the Tesla owner smugness.

Wow, looks like Gawker, Gizmodo Media Group, G/O Media learned a lot from the whole autoplay video debacle, since they’re now forcing fucking Slumberland ads on us.
