Why use real steps to walk up when walking up an escalator is faster than standing on an escalator and walking up steps?

Standing to one side is a thing, not just “in our heads”, really not sure why this is such a big issue, let people walk if they want lol, noone is pushing people off the escalator so they can walk up it

That last question makes no sense, if we kept the same regs the cars still wont be the same, its more about budgets. But heaver cars are dumb and reverse grids are a gimmick. Until he complains about the aero changes to make for closer racing I don’t see an issue.

I wholeheartedly agree tho, why make cars heavier? And reverse grid just sounds like a gimmick pulled from a video game that makes no sense irl, but if they do, I want to see how they pull it off lol.
