I read once that you have three options: “Good” (generally speaking), Fast, and Cheap. Pick two.
I think I have a good idea on which two Porsches fall under...

You have to let me know, is that sarcasm? I have a hard time believing BMW recommends something to save you money lmao
By offset, do you mean something like a staggered setup? If that’s what he was talking about than it makes more sense to me.
I always thought that if you bought literally anything instead of multiple Tercels for the same price you aren’t a real enthusiast like me.
Well for instance one guy was saying the X3 had a typical wear pattern that isn’t even across the four tires, in which case it might make sense to rotate. At the same time, do you want to be replacing all 4 tires at once? Do tires with 60% have the same amount of grip as 95%?
Ok, I see what you mean and it’s true. I saw a 911 pulling up to a dentists office this morning on the way to work, and it really fit the whole idea too lmao.
I think my point still kind of stands though, although it is not as relevant to the article.
It was hard to see at first lmao but the spokes are “bladed”, if you look at the top of each spoke you might see it.
I hate it when people dislike something just because it is new or expensive. Not that I have the money to prove it, but I think that some people (car enthusiasts especially) don’t understand that sometimes you really get what you pay for.
This would be my answer too. We have a pretty great one here in Toronto that has gotten bigger recently, but it’s always a great variety of cars and no real asshole drivers... yet.
It’s held at a performance garage/shop and they open a part of it and show some of the stuff they have.
There is one held at a Porsche…
Makes sense to me, thanks for the reply.
Would be even better if they got the DSO do make this sound lmao.
Awesome! I find it pretty annoying that a company like Porsche makes directional wheels that are quite expensive and they aren’t symmetrical. Like these ones are so nice but a little part of me dies knowing they aren’t symmetrical.
You’ll have to explain this to me, but what does offset front to rear have to do with it? Couldn’t you have symmetrical directional wheels with the same offset f to r?
Symmetrical directional wheels? Holy shit please be a thing!
3rd gear:
Yeah I doubt something like that would be possible without some sort of catch, but hey, it’s still true.
Or impressively stupid. I think both.
137 in a 5 is stupidly impressive.
$200,000 for a modest house??? Is this real?
I need to get the fuck out of Toronto.
Well I’m not sure dying “a little” is an option in a Speed 12.
