I have to agree with you on this one. If you live in a State without rent-control laws, the annual increases alone can out you out of your home. I live on a fixed-income and rent alone increases 8%, while my disability only increases 3%. Then, they make up a bunch of nonsense justifying the increases ... they blame it…
