We should be worrying about total emissions output, not specific emissions. Specific emissions, generally measured in parts per million (PPM), means a 5000 lb SUV can have better “emissions” than a Mazda 2. This is really, REALLY dumb.

I still think police and politicians should face multipliers on their convictions, because they are in positions of power and we have no choice but to trust them.
