hey buddy, nothing special about henry county. Every ATL suburb has seen rapid expansion and growth. But locals just buried their heads in the sand or tried to avoid it. Y’all were eager for commercial property tax dollars, but have done next to nothing to prepare for housing. Hell Henry CO just passed another

But what you say isn’t true. Car width has not increased for 50+ years. We didn’t really get narrower “compact cars” (narrow width) until the Japanese invasion. And car width space size has remained the same for just as long. 9'x18' is standard width. Has been for decades. Including in suburban Atlanta.

And there are

so... all the article does is point out that we have no wealth/asset tax. They aren’t talking about income, they are talking about wealth growth. Do you really want the rich to be able to recognize losses.

This ^^. We have procedures to deal with these type of accidents.

I don’t disagree, but you need to be prepared to empower the trucking industry if you go to war with railroads. That is a bed only rest stop ladies are prepared to sleep in.

These issues happen pretty constantly. What is exhausting is how they are reported.

Yeah, that isn’t how environmental law works.

The same rules that govern Jeff’s boat, and how he makes his returns, govern the people that invest in low income housing. You change the tax structure for those, all you do is put a brake on new investments. Slow down the number of projects that can be done. And increase cost of the work.

Those of us who have gotten such permits before know there was a lawyer who advised them to not even submit based upon the political climate.

I’m not really thrilled with the idea of our schools, libraries (not sure we need those anymore) or hospitals being built at the behest of the super rich.

Same thing is happening in apartments. The increased cost of capital means we have to increase rents.

I’m on wired carplay, but my phone also doesn’t fit in my truck’s wireless charger.... So I probably don’t know what I’m missing...

ah! that is better anyway.

So wait, the new larger center display doesn’t support CarPlay? That seems like a mistake. Like one that would kill it for a lot of people.

I’m confused as to why you think this is sold to “regular folks.” Or better yet, why you think regular folks can’t go out an buy a F650 or a semi. Do you want them relegated to a different website or something? I mean, if you have an F endorsement as a farmer you can operate a semi without a CDL within 150 miles of

the face on this is hideous. It’s trying too hard.

so if an electric (addressing your enviro concerns) plane can do the same journey, 30 min quicker, why would you take a train? The only real advantage is that a train can more easily deliver you directly into and out of urban cores. Other than that, after you get above 400 miles flying is faster.

Info on the Retrax is good. I cheaped out and went with deezee hex side rails, which work, but aren’t as good as a true roof system.

Very solid setup you have there. I ended up with something similar on my canyon, but if I did it again, I’d end up with something like yours. Is that a retrax cover? How do you like the T slots on the side? easy enough to use?

Fixing Texas’s power grid is easy, it is just obstinate politicians who refuse to interconnect. If the dems weren’t so incompetent at running an economy we would never have to elect stupid politicians.

And no, none of their points are valid. I say this as someone who has actually designed and worked with utility
