Really want more plug in hybrid options...

I kinda like this idea. I know GM’s onstar has been sold as a service for a while, but there really is no reason why every car sold now shouldn’t have built in cellular tracking, locking, and recovery through the automaker. You report it broken, the next time it stops somewhere it locks itself and won’t start until

Those are generous setbacks. We need more 0' setbacks. People actually drive slower the closer buildings are to the road.

The real issue is the right hand lane on both these roads, Ridge and Calument are too wide, from my eyeballing it is closer to 18-20', almost double lane widths. This causes drivers to move around

This ^^ (and I confirm this as a white guy who has had to watch sub-par candidates get hired simply because they went to Auburn, but were useless as architects. And in general the people hiring them were useless as well.)

It isn’t just selling cars that might be an annoyance for a man, but a matter of personal safety for women. Let’s talk about poorly lit garages, simply shopping for anything, getting internet installed, or your furnace repaired.

#1 question potential tenants in our apartments ask? Do we background check our maintenance

Keep up the good work. It may be silly to say, but your articles are required reading for my kids.

I have. Once, it was by a temp teacher. We never saw her again. The second was the school nurse due to some construction goo that ended up in a girls hair. But that was by the nurse, after calls to the parents.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying. My only objection is the definition of what a well run household is not universal. And is often not shared even between spouses. Divorced couples often make radically different choices in living situations and lifestyles. A good example of that is the type and locations of

This is a very good point. The only other element I would add is that my wife and I have very different approaches to how we work. She has certain dishes that she doesn’t put in the dishwasher. Certain places she puts things. All of which are preferences only she knows without communicating them.

In regards to C. I don’t think anyone should assume that their definition of “taking care of oneself” is the same. In my experience (and I have some data relating to what housing people rent) single men and single women have radically different approaches to living conditions. Men will favor studios and open plans.

carvana was great for my family in the 2 cars we have purchased. No issues whatsoever and despite a slightly higher price, it was 1,000 times better than any dealership experience ever.

I doubt that carvana was bribing county officials.

No it doesn’t quite the opposite. The fact that they had to get the city attorney to send the letter tells me that staff had to consult case law and observe use to make the determination that this (likely) wasn’t being used as a retail but rather as a warehouse. Which is likely the zoning distinction they are relying

Still no journalist out there brave enough to throw a 4x8 plywood in the back. Chickens.

There is no one in the world that craves validation more than Honda Ridgeline owners.

not really.

You all see fraud, I, and apparently every other significant investor, saw this as a bad investment with no real return on value. Even this website has been trying to push this as some sort of famed element that needs to be saved or could be re-used, but it really isn’t worth anything but scrap.

You could build a

Is Decatur really predominantly black? Dekalb yes, but Decatur? IDK.

That said, even if that statue is ordered to be restored, I guarantee that it has gotten “lost” in storage. Nobody is in Dekalb county (or Decatur) is going to put that shit up again. And all the white Decatur residents will literally block the

F&@CK that new interior is NICE. I’d never consider a honda because I always felt like I was driving my parents japanese designed car. But that.... that is sharp...
