This ^^ (and I confirm this as a white guy who has had to watch sub-par candidates get hired simply because they went to Auburn, but were useless as architects. And in general the people hiring them were useless as well.)

This is a very good point. The only other element I would add is that my wife and I have very different approaches to how we work. She has certain dishes that she doesn’t put in the dishwasher. Certain places she puts things. All of which are preferences only she knows without communicating them.

carvana was great for my family in the 2 cars we have purchased. No issues whatsoever and despite a slightly higher price, it was 1,000 times better than any dealership experience ever.
