The bed rail is much higher for 2 reasons; One, they almost all come with deeper suspension either for towing or 4x4 as no one buys 2 wheel drive anymore. Second, it was was highly requested, by owners, to make the bed deeper. The combo raises the belt line significantly. Although to a taller guy like myself, it is

But isn’t that the problem with this graphic? It attributes elements to whiteness that aren’t. I feel like I’m reading the newspaper backwards

There already is a race war against POC. The flaws and dangers of whiteness are pretty obvious. Ignoring the racism out there and that is intertwined in American law and life is the big one.

It already is on the market. Get either a Ranger, a Canyon, a Colorado, or if you want to punish yourself with really old ride, a Tacoma.

I’d have to read the source material, but I’d argue that alot of the elements being attributed to white or western culture actually have their roots far further back in time and not in Europe. It’s just a narrow view of history.

^^This. Conservatism as a political force isn’t new. It’s had its presence in politics since the roman times. It was present in monarchies, and eastern and western societies. (keep in mind we are talking BROAD political processes here). But essentially it is the political friction against change. Almost always

I mean yes. They are concerned about their bubble and on some level their survival. Doesn’t excuse their actions or ignorance, but I always keep that in the back of my mind. It helps me frame things in a way they can understand when I try to communicate with them.

I’d argue that alot of these values aren’t white or exclusively western. And don’t have their (pardon the pun) roots in white or western tradition. It shows a narrow understanding of human history and scientific development. Some are part of the human condition.

I guess I don’t see how “objective rational thinking” is white supremacy. In fact most math and logic was developed in the mid-east and india.

I’d have to agree with you. This just read wrong to me. It seemed like if there were any thing on this page that you agreed with you were being white. And if you didn’t want to “give in” to whiteness, then you would need to do the opposite. Which is weird.

only 30%?

Short story is we don’t / can’t have a conflict of interest between development and licensure. So we divest ourselves often, early, and intentionally. So, no we shouldn’t share in the profits, for if we are concerned about the profits, we aren’t concerned about the medical science.

Generally we do share revenue both as principal investors (usually in the initial licensing deal) and in the form of sales & corporate taxes. WE do get a lot of little cuts of the pie. Granted our profit %ages aren’t nearly as competitive as private investment. We essentially work as early JV partners in development.

lol. Yep.

Father’s way is better parenting. Aunt’s way is better television.

um... the entertainment/ food services (4%), Transportation & Warehousing (3%), Retail (6%) in total account for only 13% of the US economy. And they aren’t operating at 0%. I have a number of retail restaurants that are tenants across the country. Most of them are operating at cost. Some are even more profitable on

what? why is it distasteful?

^^this

Why are we dumb? what is the difference between helping to self fund ground breaking medical research and paying to build high ways and major infrastructure projects? They both are initial investments that result in and produce private commerce.
