It’s actually the same topic. Mr. McGovern realizes that a percentage of his customers do not whack critters in their daily life and would prefer a critter free interior in their car.

I had a black 1996 Tracer Trio wagon when I was 17. It was a serious downgrade from my 1995 Counter SE (I had a thing for 7 spoke aluminum wheels apparently), but was still fun to drive around town, it fit my mountain bike in it, and due to the combination of shitty tires and no weight over the back, it was a fun car

Everytime I see this story come up on Jalopnik, I think of this KSL article from January and the crazy stats in it:

Guess FJ owners don’t need to worry about their resale values going down.

The problem is that the title and the article are oversimplified. The law was signed, but there are many possible changes that will happen to it prior to it going into effect, one possibly being delaying the start date until another state or two enacts the same law.

At the end of the day it is Utah’s governments fault

Correct, this is the ‘17 (Euro)/’18 (USA) new Fiesta. Easiest way to tell is the tailights which are now horizontal.

I wouldn’t be worried about the durability of MSR’s composite snowshoes as the have a long history of making them and places like REI use them in their rental gear fleet.

Grand Tour continues Top Gear’s tradition to forget details or lie in the name of entertainment, and on that bombshell have a Tesla Roadster.

That’s why we always make sure to attend Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance on the Thursday before. After drooling over the cars at inches away, we get a good spot at Ocean and St Antonio to watch the cars drive off

I present to you a horrible photo of a 300SL Gullwing cruising around Salt Lake City.

Cause you know Clarkson never puked while doing a test

Totally valid and I think that is the general consensus of my generation and younger. We do not tend to stay with the same company as long as the baby boomer generation partly because the opportunuties and structures at most companies are not supportive of their employees.

It was on purpose to have full disclosure and mention that part. That is also why I said “if you are in the market for a new vehicle.” If we were in the market to replace her FJ Cruiser it would be with a Ford product. Thankfully Ford makes some of the best vehicles in their class which makes it easier to be brand

I understand your point and part of it is valid, if not coming from a place of anger. However when I was in school I did receive checks from Ford to my university for partial payment of my enrollment costs.

“If you work for GM and park a Ford in your driveway, what does that tell your neighbors? That GM is so bad that not even a GM employee will buy their products!”

Needs a riveted fin starting here and running down the back.

But all RSs are made in Germany, so that doesn't work.

Works for me as well. Would trade in our FJ for an Everest in a heartbeat. I’ll even take it with a ecoboost of some sort.
