How is this comment relevant to the video. The guy in the video has brakes on his bike, and by the looks of the handlebars etc, is riding a bike set up for commuting not a hipster fixie.

While I agree. and now I want pretty tickets. The problem is the paperwork that came with our tickets for this years race say the shuttle is free. Only if you look at the website does it mention anything about $5. Prepare for some upset people and slow lines getting on the shuttles.
COTA keeps digging itself into a corner. The free shuttle from downtown to the track apparently costs $5 per person this year, and now there are park and ride lots closer to the track that are $10 per vehicle. They changed this after most people bought their tickets and planned where they are staying. To add insult…
