For $29k I would rather buy its engine-mate. Lower weight, better style, and less electrical issues (no one off roof or windows to worry about).

It's not about quantity, it is about quality. Compare the two reviews of the new Fiat 500.

All this talk of journalism (in favor of Jalop) and regurgitated press releases (Autob) probably would not bother me as much, if Jalopnik actually had proper car reviews on their site. If you compare the quality and detail between each sites car reviews it really is staggering.

I vote for my dad's winter ride/daily driver. When he is not driving his 66 Mustang fastback to the office, which he does on a regular basis once the salt has been washed off the road, he drives a stage 2 Saturn Sky Redline which he bought for the purpose of a winter car, in Detroit.

I agree. I am a Ford kid, but when I looked at the window tag of the new Mustang and saw the transmission was built in China, I pretty much market it off the list of cars to buy.

@xequar: You can get Sync in the SE hatch, just not MyTouch Ford.

A blacked out Ford Flex. Intimidating, comfortable, cooler to chill your booze, and plenty of space for security and misappropriations.

@Dogen: It does if you bought your ticket last minute and asked for a bereavement discount, which most airlines will do.

@nsx23: Oh that's right, you can just book a so called aeroplane and land in Antarctica. Planes may fly overhead but no commercial flights are allowed to land there, only restricted amount of military and supply planes are given permision.

Transit ST please.... or at least an Ecoboost 4 with a 6spd of some sort would be appreciated.

@JayhawkJake: I wouldnt have seen a personal use for it until this weekend when I was hanging out with my GF's dad. He is a AS400 programmer, sits at a computer all day, and has a computer at home for checking emails, etc. However when he travels, especially to his cabin he doesnt have internet access, and doesnt

@JayhawkJake: But in order to get email on your touch you need a WiFi signal... pretty big flaw in the articles argument.

@brandegee: Unfortunately the X-Type Wagon was never available in a stick in the US, makes me weep the three times a year a see one.

@zagato: And half of the still running examples appear to be in Salt Lake City. Saw very few, understandably when in I grew up in Detroit, but see them everywhere here in SLC.

@suss6052: Pretty sure it was meant to be taken as GM needs to create a good quality, affordable car for people who need something reliable, efficient, and beige.

Used to work there back in college, have some great stories and memories of getting to drive some awesome cars.

@salaczar: If you put most of your ice above the rim of your full glass and let it melt, you would run into some overflowing issues.

@luisthebeast: Cause it was a charity event and the 1/2 scale planes were part of the event. Reading is Fundamental, Skimming and commenting is rudimentary.
