I’m with you. I probably wouldn’t have much of a problem with her if she didn’t try so hard to look like a Black woman. Not that looking like a Black woman is a bad thing (I am one). But because it’s her gimmick. Yet she maintains all of her privilege, rakes in millions, and knows none of the struggles Black women…

I used to work with a white woman named Jerlene. She once made a snide remark about all "the crazy names they come up with these days". Of course we had to point out that she didn't have much room to talk...

I like to address issues with management thru email. It's fine to speak face to face, but at least send a follow-up email reiterating what was discussed. And be sure to request an email confirmation/response. At least you'll have them on record.

YES. I watched The 13th the other night on Netflix. Superbly done. Everyone should watch it. Anyone who thinks the criminal justice system is just and colorblind will get a rude awakening.

Omg, yes. TOO MANY people go to job interviews wearing their casual clothes. So much so, the people who are actually appropriately dressed look like the weird ones.

Needs more belly, less hair, and smaller hands.
