Great stuff Steve. It’s always good to see your bits of wisdom shared.

That is a great question there.

swapalease.com comes to mind here

Identify what dealer reported the car as turned in. Make the call. Find out what manager logged the VIN for the lease turn-in. Also, contact the manufacturer to see if their records show the vehicle being turned in as well.

That rear deck. Wow. I’m sure with the right interior color it will look amazing.

Small claims that lady Tav. This is pretty clear cut with the photos you have

BCO to start the week and games to end it. Please make this a regular thing.

Probably.

I will name it “Death Machine”. NP for the owner realizing that this is something meant to be driven at 10/10 all of the time and making it look the part.

I was actually considering one of these to replace my former FXT. Same overall concept of a mini-wagonish thing, similar overall size, but without the AWD system. Fun fact, you could get the HHR SS in a panel van set up (no rear side windows). 7,900 for those miles though? GTFO.

There’s a reason this car is still unsold after being on craigslist for two months. I’m not going to spend money to find out why. CP

Got them on sale at Pep Boys

The Gilmore is awesome. Have you been to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn? Worth it and should be a must for all Michigan/Indiana/Ohio Jalops along with the Gilmore

“Falcon wing”? Nah, it’s still a gull-wing door to me.

Still looking for that discount double-check.

Invincible, nice.

Liars pay full price.

I think those are some knockoff TechArt wheels. Maybe they’re the real thing with Porsche center caps? Who knows? $13,500 is basically getting you a questionable example of a car with (or maybe without) the original motor and MAYBE TechArt wheels. Hell, this is a tough one.

Mrs. 5mtFXT and I have one with the 1.6 and we’re getting about 25 combined. On a pure highway road trip we did 30mpg with cruise control set at 73mph. Definitely not the 32. I’d wager they did cruise control at 55-65 to maintain those mpgs. Too slow for reality

The “SEL” designation was replaced by the “Titanium”. Same overall content for the top tier trim level, but with a flashier name.
