I’ve got some vegetarian gelatin (my son’s girlfriend is vegan). Labels in Australia specify whether any gelatin is vegetarian-safe or not. Do they do that where you are? Problem is, the vegetarian stuff doesn’t “gel” nearly as well, so the animal-based stuff is still the standard.
