Nooooooooo, the majority of deadly stuff here is on the coast.

There are plenty of holes and gaps for them to get through.
Plus snakes don't tend to get off.
The basic rule of thumb here is if you run over a snake to be VERY careful when you get out.
Most farmers etc do almost anything to avoid getting them anywhere near their vehicles.
I speak from experience...
