Not sure how Audi didn't make the list - in 2004 there was no R8, Q3/5/7, no A5(S/RS), no A7(S/RS), no A3/S3 - basically it was A4, A6, A8 and a couple of variants. Their sales were at the bottom of the IHG, and they weren't nearly as popular as they are now.
