Agreed, I think Harley is still a little too full of themselves. They still need to figure out that they can no longer rest on their heritage to sell overpriced under engineered products when there are so many better options available.

Agreed, if it had been just an ordinary driver that hit her and not a company with deep pockets nobody would of heard about it. The police report would of read “Person crossed in front of moving vehicle at night, was struck and killed”. I doubt if the driver would of even gotten a ticket. It’s sad that it happened but…

Yeah, I’m sure they sold less soda in Berkeley after they raised the prices.
But for people to make the assumption that less soda sales in the Berkeley soda tax area equates to less soda consumption by it’s residents is naive.
People just go to stores outside the soda tax area to purchase their drinks.
