This is 100 percent correct. I am a car guy, love my cars and keep up on all maintenance and that kind of thing. But i have never once replaced a spare tire. With that said, I never go on the highway on a spare. The spare is to get you to the tire shop... or at worst through the weekend until the tire shop is open…
