This happened over a year ago. If he’s so upset, why is he just talking about it now?

Their renaming is TERRIBLE. And it’s ridiculous that users can’t turn it off. Get what you pay for, I guess, but it really makes me shy away from any of their paid offerings.

I have not, but I’m not interested in paying a monthly fee. I’d just as soon live with Mint’s shortcomings.

I use Mint to keep track of my money comings and goings. It’s nice to have everything in one place, but I sure wish they’d fix some of their long-standing bugs. Like where they rename things, and you can only create your own renaming rule based on THEIR renaming. It’s asinine. But I’ve been using them for years, so

I just found out that he was that one guy in Mad Max Fury Road and it completely freaked me the hell out.

And who is O’Neill?

“What you’re seeing is people making themselves significant by making somebody else wrong. And there’s nothing wrong with that. It just won’t make you happy. It won’t make them better. It won’t make you better.”

#metoo isn’t MAKING somebody else wrong - they already are wrong. And if he thinks “It won’t make them

Good article overall, except for

I think you’re right. This all makes more sense now. :-)

No, and I’m not sure I’d want them to. They have no idea what my entire tax situation is.

“While your employer should have adjusted your withholding accordingly..” Seriously? Is this a thing that happens?

What is going on with Diane Warren’s hair?

Another vote for Rotterdam. We went there to visit a friend and I had NO IDEA about the crazy architecture there! It’s totally worth a day trip. Or you can stay in a cube house! https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/817858

Seconded!

That’s not very long - the recommended brushing duration is two minutes.

Is that 15% an arbitrary number? My spouse and I both max out our 401(k)‘s, and neither of us make that much.

You can’t be “friends” with a page, and a page is different than a group.

And don’t forget that this means that they can get more money from the pages who now have to pay for “sponsored posts” to get their content seen. These aren’t just big brands and news media, but charities and local bands and the like.

When I was growing up (I’m in my 50's now) we did Thanksgiving dinner at a pizza joint and then went bowling. We were hundreds of miles away from the nearest relatives and didn’t feel any pressure to be traditional, both my parents hated cooking, and we were a pretty high-energy family. It was the perfect fit for us

Additionally, this is probably going to be the first thing a financial advisor suggests for you to do anyway. Get a head start! :-)
