the jeep of in the first photo is not a genuine WWII Jeep as it has a tailgate it might be an M38 but it does not appear to have the axe and shovel indents on the passenger side and it has the wrong windshield. So its probably a CJ2A

I had the same problem with my M35. The city claimed it was a commercial vehicle even though it has been derated only good for under the 10k limit per its paper work and it has historic plates (its a ‘67)
Ha! I disagree cars in the 60's came with a spare carburetor installed if one developed a leak you simply plug it and continue on your way! now thats for thought

Everything looks great, great attention to detail...but that shifter. It just doesnt fit. They would have been better off going to a column shift or even one of those shifters that look like a manual transmission shifters with a center push button for the disengage

the welding was crap, I wouldnt trust that guy in a cage built. he looked really cool not using a hood though...so he has that going for him...which is nice.
