Yeah, it can function on that level. Now that I’ve finished the story, I keep going back to level up and explore. It fits.

I’ve been looking for a stress free sandbox kinda blow shit up game. Guess this is it?

I’m now disappointed in myself for missing out on that opportunity.

This is a good thing meets thing.

It’s a lot more than that, really. There are random battles against hordes of baddies, but the story missions have you doing things like dodging orbital lasers in your car, fighting a pitched battle in a rave, infiltrating an enemy base, fighting bosses requiring special tactics.

Different character weapon types fare…

Sounds a lot like Crackdown meets Overwatch.

I hope this game is good. It really does make me miss Saints Row though. I never got into GTA, but I 100%’d SR:IV, and I sorta miss my tattooed, French accented, president of the United States.

The music is pure 1977, but the video work is pure 1986 Video Toaster.
