Yes, two women kissing and being gay is a “sexual situation.” Fuck YOU.

Velma is also not gay in the cartoon and even dated Shaggy briefly”

There have been something like 45 Scooby Doo cartoons, many of which cannot exist in the same universe. Velma and Shaggy dated in one of them.

Cool your jets.

The first live-action movie was supposed to be Rated-R and a parody of the cartoon. Basically, 21 Jump Street before that was the trend. Then WB forced them to tone it down until it was PG-13 so kiddies could come.

In my experience, these things happen in clics.  You take down the big dog and people start looking for new jobs, while others are moved out of the fast track.  This is just the beginning and more will likely follow.

I don’t know. I mean, these aren’t just a bunch of mid level managers that got fired. These are people who were up in the top of the company and had been with Ubisoft for a long time. They had significant power within the company. To fire them is a pretty positive sign that they are serious about improving their

Forcing them out is already a good act but you’re right that it can’t be the only act. It’s only a good act because it removes them so at least they’re gone, so they can’t contribute to opposition to changing the workplace culture.

It kind of depends on whether they empower the new HR person, seriously communicate the presence of an ombudsman that will follow up on reports, and put strong processes in place to dissuade retaliation. We’ll have to see whether employees grumble about disingenuous reform.

No, you are being realistic, and I agree.

Yes.

I have played DP1 on PC. I’ve never had so many technical issues with any other game. I’ve had all the bugs listed on the internet plus a few unique ones that I could not find any mention of anywhere.

The movie is terrible. The third season started off intriguing, but turns into wankery. (The first season of Legion is a much better of version of that sort of thing. Unfortunately, like TP, did not prove sustainable.)

The U.S Army has a Twitch channel where the members of its esports team occasionally stream games...

The streamers chose to act as a liasons to a nation’s military via propaganda targeted at young people—up to and including minors--while also partaking in erasing valid points brought up regarding said military’s actions on foreign soil in the services of oligarchs.

This streamers are complicit in a us army propaganda campaign, so no.

Censorship on government critique? Sure sounds like something China would do... Though it’s no surprise coming from the US, the land of the NSA, CIA, Covert Ops, foreign coups etc.

Don’t worry, because in US military tradition if you’re banned they’ll quickly reduce that to two minutes of mute before you’re free once again on time served.

“Looks like nothing to me” -- Deadspin

Exactly this. As a member of the working class, I get that people’s work needs to be paid and everyone needs to eat. Why people always try to stiff someone else to “get something for free” is partially what’s wrong with our attitudes. The FTP model works, but only if a set of people are willing to pay for the skins

How did you like the end of season 2? Obviously, there were a lot of subplots in season 2 that were terrible, but did you at least enjoy the last couple of episodes with the focus more on Cooper and the Lodge(s)? If not, then FWWM and season 3 may not be your cup of tea. They really lean into that stuff... and

Season 3 is a loooot more like Fire Walk With Me than it is S1 or S2, so it’ll definitely be less of the type of show you’re expecting.
