If it ain't Regis or Dandelion, it ain't no one

Having read all the books, played the games, and seen all of the Netflix series (...I think?), the things the books do well is the boots-on-the-ground perspective of a professional adventurer, large-scale political machinations, and portraying a likable group of heroes. The games do the episodic, daily perspective and

He also played God

Maybe he means in a non-DC venture, still under Discovery Warner Bros, like a Gunn headed Man from U.N.C.L.E sequel, or even in a non Warner Bros role (you would be perfect in this script I have about an 80's history teacher who is mistaken for a Soviet spy!)

Even accepting the underlying assumption of your argument (that algorithmically generated art will occupy a central place for... artists, which remains to be seen), that says absolutely nothing about how it’s presented, rolled out and used.

Surprised that "Fandango" isn't a more popular choice

Not only that, there was a tradition or mystery religion in ancient Greece called Orphism that claimed its pedigree from knowledge handed down by Orpheus.

Cronus (the Titan) and Chronos (the personification of time) were also somewhat separate mythologically, before in still very ancient times the homophony of the Titan and the concept, as well as the Titan’s general features, came to be seen as embodying Time.

That’s reassuring, and while I’m a bit sour grapes on what seems like short shrift in currency, my luck with the Pool 3 units I’ve actually received since hitting 500 has been fantastic: Colleen Wing, Patriot, Death, and Dr. Doom at CL 576, and picked up Dracula from the Token Shop (love the Discard archetype).

Just realized the Death I was lucky enough to get in a cache is automatically zero cost in Lamentis-1 because it counts the cards removed as being destroyed.

Collector’s Cache having Tokens so you can save for a specific card you want: Good idea.

WORLDS WITHIN WORLDS

Tactics Ogre Reborn has indeed been fantastic. It's making me want to give Triangle Strategy a whirl, just to get my grid based political scheming fix

Honorable mention: the zone that destroys the other two zones.

Comparatively, having the anarchists achieve victory in the Spanish Civil War, forming the historical People's Republic of China, or hell even just piloting the Soviet Union through Stalin's purges is immensely more difficult in Hearts of Iron IV.

Don’t get me wrong, I love worker-owned collectives and rising wages positively contributing to the overall society, it’s just that in Victoria 3, there are barely any hurdles to achieving this, and for a quote unquote historical simulation the fact that every country trends towards that outcome feels implausible.
