Depending on how we’d define neoliberalism, in game Ultraliberalism has the laissez-faire free market above all ethos (libertarianism, Objectivism, fiscal conservatism), while the Moralintern adopts a status-quo favouring, don’t-rock-the-boat “both sides” Keynesian attitude.

Ultraliberal doesn’t mean “liberal”, it’s an ideology in Disco Elysium that equates to profit-above-all free market fundamentalism.

The Ultraliberals are at it again

Sounds worth a spin. Anyone who enjoyed early Hearthstone and/or Arcane I would recommend Legends of Runeterra to, basically no cost or barrier of entry and a great way to kill 15 minutes.

Me too, and I generally like the guy overall so needing or wanting to feel that way I don’t judge too harshly

At the back of my mind was definitely the thought being famous might get extra attention or effort from medical staff, particularly in a celebrity obsessed culture.

The experience inspired him to write the book. “There were five people put on an ECMO machine that night and the other four died and I survived. So the big question is why? Why was I the one? There has to be some kind of reason.”

doctor diagnosed me with incurable logorrhea

Seriously, they don’t get this at all, or do and like the sound of their own voice more than they want less articles.

Since I am not attracted to men and my own preferences find his headshape weird and Frankensteinish, I do not find him hot. I am capable of Googling though, and so seeing that many other people do find him hot.

Furreal.

He’s played by an actor people already find appealing, and many people (demonstrably, whether it makes sense to you or I) find problematic, dangerous bordering or crossing into criminal behaviour attractive or exciting.

As hard as it is for incels and misogynists to fathom, men can do and state things for reasons other than hoping women will fuck them.

If I remember correctly, and please tell me if I’m wrong, but the dog killing threat was something she brought up on the phone/stream and he was denying he made those threats. Again could be wrong but I don’t think that he threatened anything while on the stream.

I’ve not experienced prolonged abuse myself, but I have dear friends and have had partners who have experienced so in the past, so I’ve done some reading.

On the outside looking in, for sure. But as is very common with abusive relationships, one reason people stick around for so long (besides fear and Stockholm syndrome) is often a genuine love of their abuser.
