I hear you but i don;t see why the Gov should be butting in, if i have a company and a big name like google or (insert name here) wants to pay me a billion dollars for it, the only thing i would say is "where do I sign?"

I just don't see why the Gov needs to but in really, they bailed out bank and that went soooo well.
