The trick is to have a level ready to go when the “up and coming” levels reset, then have a bunch of friends play your level and star it.

They’ve been tweaking the jiggle physics. The E3 build (and the recent beta which was based on the e3 build) had buggy exaggerated jiggle. So maybe it isn't actually in the current build at all.

Saberstalkers is actually the one that requires the least total work, but over longer time. The weekly quest they offer gives a LOT of rep and the names mobs you kill for it give a good amount as well and with a group takes five minutes to do.

Does it matter? Just get the pieces and build it yourself. It is fracking LEGO.

Just turning the lock itself off is easy enough, I feel it is the eShop stuff behind it that causes problems.
If you can’t get on the JP eShop, can you get patches and DLC for a Japanese game on a US system? Things like that.
