Did anybody else notice that up until this week all of the promos had said Series Finale, but during the episode it said Season Finale? Was it an oversight by the morons at Siffy? Or did the series get pulled off the scrap heap?

It's okay. You can say it. Cars sucked. Lasseter took the script from "Doc Hollywood" and filled it up with overdone boomer nostalgia.

Oh, I liked it too. It was a nice change of pace, but you could tell that Chris had too many balls in the air so to speak. The fact that it was bi-weekly didn't help matters either.

I sincerely hope that this show can have even HALF the legs the Simpsons has had.

Yeah I'm with you. I mean, it did get a little sloppy and worn down after "Fall of the Mutants" but I figure by that time Chris had been doing the same book for over a decade. It's a little bit like what happened to Peter David on the Incredible Hulk. He just lost his focus.

Must be operating under the assumption that traveling through time creates new timelines or alternate realities or whatever. I'm sure they'll dumb it down just enough to alienate genre fans, but make it just Sci-Fi enough to deny themselves a larger audience.
