I actually tried a version of "Wake up juice" when I was in college. Worcershire sauce, a raw egg, half a jar of pickled pepper juice, and a cup of coffee chaser.

Does anybody else think of the Mad TV sketch "Lowered Expectations" when they see this?

Build a" film bank" next to the "seed bank" in norway. It's cold and dry, won't kill the mold but it'll stop it until somebody can come up with a method of restoring or transfering the old movies.

Part of me is really recoiling at this. I really liked all of Terry's 80's stuff(Brazil is an absolute classic) but, I haven't been a huge fan of much he's done since(12 Monkeys being a solid but not great film).

I will be soooooo disappointed if the Gravity picture gets torpedoed. I hope everybody involved can iron out whatever details there are from keeping it from getting made.

Been awhile since I've seen these, and it kinda makes me sad. I'm pretty sure that the NASA culture hasn't thought of anything remotely close to this in decades.

@prerus: Mostly alluminum and PVC wrapped with the teensiest bit of padding. It's pretty brutal to watch. They do concede to hockey and football helmets though. They used heavy braided ropes instead of chains and a modified Coke bottle(one of the heavy recyclable ones) instead of a dog skull. It was pretty awesome…

@prerus: I know some guys who play in Germany, but I've never met anybody in the states who plays.
