I think Amador was at that party. I remember it wasn't an official thing but I could swear there was CIA involved. Maybe just a friend of one of the FBI guys but there was some connection to them. Maybe not enough to come out though.

But you don't have to act a certain way to communicate an internal experience. All the actors are doing communicating that.

Yeah, I agree. He doesn't really miss things. There's nothing for him to see. He even perked up at the idea of Philip and Elizabeth going away unexpectedly or Philip being away a lot. That's no reason to think they're spies, but he filed it away. That's why Paige being there is so dangerous. It took him no time at all

LOL! Yes, the first thing I said in that scene was, "Awww, man, Philip. You're a headphones guy? Really?"

To be fair, the bar is pretty low. As long as the family is still alive, it's better.

I saw a "things from the past" video once about I think it was seltzer machines? You'd pay for clear seltzer or a little more for flavored, and the machine had one glass with it. So anybody who used it used the same glass.

I know they're not involved in it the way they are with Paige, even before the big reveal. I just mean they do have check-in conversations where they mention things like tests he has coming up.

From what I remember (and I could be forgetting) they first said they just wanted Paige to be next, that the second generation program would be great for the right kid etc.

I don't think we actually know what he knows or not. His mother was a spy and knew his father was.

Yeah, I agree. It's kind of cool to compare them, really. She was 14 before with different motives and a whole different dynamic.

Wouldn't her interest in politics and the church group be considered defiance and independent action? I mean, this is a different kind of rebellion, but in some ways it's more subtle.

I meant the part about Pastor Tim and her realizing that adults do not know everything. A lot of 16 year olds think adults don't know anything!

They said they wanted the children brought in and that Paige "would be next." I would take that as the Centre expressing a interest in both kids, with Paige only singled out as next because of her age, with Jared being the first. It's true they haven't expressed any specific interest in Henry yet, but they haven't

Something that really struck me in the Henry scene was how different the energy is with that actor. It was just a small scene but I really bought him as a real kid with a life that we didn't see and a comfortable relationship with these people as his parents. And I realized that in scenes with Paige it's like

I don't mean to put the blame on Paige, really. Her personality is different than Henry's, but I don't think she sees herself as taking up more attention. Besides, it's not her job to make sure her brother gets attention. She's just asking for what she needs.

I'm honestly not correcting you at all. Nor do I think your opinion holds no weight or value. (I didn't even realize these three comments were from the same person.)

If she's an agent of some kind I think she'd be there for Stan, not Paige. Paige already has 2 agents on her and Stan only knows her second hand through her son. I guess if he starts telling his girlfriend he's worried about his son's girlfriend it would give her a heads-up, but that seems like a longshot.

Oh, so you actually were angry at me for the earlier correction?

I figure they were smart enough to know it would be boring to just have two honeypots working the same way. Also, Elizabeth certainly had the advantages going in. She just had to show up as a sexy woman (which she is) and the guy was immediately trying to get her into bed. The most she had to do was laugh at his jokes

Hope that didn't sound snippy, like I was ignoring the rest of the comment to nitpick. I make those kind of mistakes too all the time!
