Going from that Dodge Ram to a Geo Metro must be how it feels to have your balls cut off.

I bought my, sign unseen, Datsun roadster from a guy 6 hours away with only photos and two phone calls. It had sat for 22 years. It still had 8 gallons of gas in the tank. The brakes still had hydraulic fluid in them(bad rust). There was no alternator, two tires were torn, the interior was rough.

I hope you referred to it as ‘the gas chamber’ for the rest of your time with the car.

I have a friend with a Ram 2500 who thinks the same scam is being pulled on him. Still trying to figure out if the seller actually lied intentionally or not, though.
