I’ve been around Thunderhill in Northern California a few hundred laps , Sears Point a few times and one glorious track day at Laguna Seca. As I said, I’m getting old and these track days were in the early 2000’s. We didn’t have nannies back in my day. Now get off my porch!

Man I must be getting old. I thought it was about the connection and feel you had with the bike. Not down with all this assist, abs stuff. Power modes would be cool but I’d probably select “Captain Insano” mode.

I had that year and color as well. I was in the right lane of a 2 lane, merge lane, then 2 other lanes on the bike. Lady pulled out in front of me (about 30 feet) so I moved over to the middle lane.
