I just made a comment about The Legend of Dragoon as well. I loved FFVII, but TLOD was probably my favorite RPG of all time. If only for its combat system.

What about The Legend of Dragoon? Does anyone know of any kind of modern analogue to its combat system? I’m not crazy about RPGs, but that one was one of my favorite ps1 games.

Dude, Dallas has had a major an Anime convention every year for a very long time and that never happens. Texas can be pretty stupid but we aren’t in the fucking dark ages.

If they were going to use him they’ve should’ve done it immediately after his movie. Dude went nuts training to bulk up and when they cast someone else he wrote a response to it that was quite telling of how he felt and how all his efforts were wasted. He seems to be doing alright kicking around the expanse right now.

I’ve always vastly preferred the Digimon games to the Pokemon ones, perhaps due to preferring the IP itself, but also due to how you improve your team I guess.
This and Dragon Quest Monsters are my favourites.
