"If the kick came without warning, he showed the full startle response."
"If the kick came without warning, he showed the full startle response."
All the more shame to hide him under a cape.
And even if you're sampling analog, I'd still wager it remains useless for anyone whose ears aren't monitor mikes, and that'd be 99.9% of us :)
"the source signal can be puzzled together."
And yet that's what both of us have been doing reading about, and commenting, it. Oh, the irony :)
And I'm sure you're right - but that leaves the question: why not clean things up a bit, people? Don't you get enough inspiration for beautiful, cleans desktops from reading Lifehacker? :)
I pretend mine doesn't exist, so I can avoid its icy stares.
Oh, I'm quite sure that is what she meant indeed.
I must be missing something - a CD is sampled at 44KHz. Where would any extra sound info come from by sampling a 44KHZ-sampled piece of music at 384KHz? As far as I know, upsampling only brings new, previously-non-existent info with surveillance camera images on CSI :)
In my experience, it slows down the user far more efficiently than it does the computer :)
Oh - you are right, of course: the comparison is not that good, on second thought. I should just have stuck to my actual point, which was I didn't get the snark. If people want to camp out to have a gizmo on Day 1, let them, I say :)
"Flimsy as it sounds"
I was going to answer just that. Mendelssohn is out of the question, too (although there may not be pizzicati in his work, I only know his Lieder ohne Worte for piano, where they're not really a possibility :))
I wish Samsung would think of upgrading my Tab. Or even release a bearable management software for the Mac.
I don't get the snark piled on those people. I do not have (nor have) an iPad, but if you want one now and the only way to get it is to spend half a week out on the street and you're ready to do so, then why not?
Here's hoping it's not operated by Costa Cruises.
(Am I missing something, or the index page of the project does not actually link to any of the pages mentioned above? At least I can't find the titles anywhere.)
I just saw it this afternoon, and I have another theory to offer: it is just not all that good.
As long as you manage to resist linking to the film :)
The scary part is, indeed, it will, won't it. We just know it.
