It’s because I know that, when you ship something to someone, the shipping company makes money for doing the service of bringing it from one place to another. The only people making money in the PP situation would be the shipping company, for moving the tissue from one place to another.

They paid the SHIPPING COMPANY THE FEE FOR SHIPPING STUFF. No one else exchanged any money.
