I can’t compare it to non-turbo, but I think the biggest difference between this and a mainstream compact is the torque. It pulls at all times and revs.

Prices won’t decline in an absolute sense, but they’ll level out, and rebates will return. There’s too much incentive to produce as much as possible when supply constraints lessen. But yes, inflation almost never goes the other direction.

I was initially on the “awkward wave” team. But after watching the video, I can’t really see what else it is. And his laughing reaction afterwards strikes me very much as a 15 year old laughing that he just gave a Nazi salute on the podium and that someone else thought it was hilarious.

The value of the the ForTwo was its size, which made it super easy the maneuver and park in places other cars wouldn’t fit. Granted it was just unnecessary in North America. You also didn’t get the diesel engine which made it a lot more economical to run.
