4th: Do we expect these GM ventilators to rattle loose instantly, but basically run for 200k miles with few problems?

This is from when Nissan was good. And a 4Runner of the same vintage with 180k miles will be like $10k, so nice price I say!

I like late 80s beamers, I really do. A 325i of this vintage is on my list, because of the aforementioned fairly easy maintenance, and they’re quite fun to drive.  I like this car, but 8 large is too much.

If only you could swap the 4.6 Ford Modular (one of the most reliable engines) in for the 4.6 Northstar (one of the least).

Guy up the street had a 76-ish Corvette (this is circa 1993), dark blue but with an orange flame job, kind of cool. Drove it on Saturdays. And my best buddies Dad had a 69 Mach One, which would have been cool if it ran. He was going to restore it someday, but dang if that Mustang isnt under the same tarp in the same

That brought back some memories of my 92 Escort Ghia. So pretend-fancy for 65hp!

Do they make KO2s that teeny? I love it!

Huh. I wonder what an off-road shop could do with a Model Y. I’m thinking cut the fenders, replace the bumpers with something custom, throw on some 35s? Might be interesting even without the lift kit... if I had crazy billionaire money, of course.

Oof. I am never leaving Montana, lol.

Pretty sure these had 5-digit odos, so my money is that it’s 127,000 miles and he’s pulling a fast one. Look I love a good 5.0 manual as much as the next guy, but no way for 25 large.

Put sum gravy on it!

Fx4 version withlockers, and the 5.0 coyote, prettiest pretty please!

I bet there’s a perfectly clean example of this with 140k miles owned by a granny for $2100 here in the PNW. CP, which is too bad because it checks a lot of boxes otherwise for a cheap wagon commuter.

I think that’s a great call.

If it was a nice LTD Crown Vic wagon? With the wood paneling? I’d be there. LTD Fairmont? Nah

It’s like when Grandma bought you the generic Transmorphers for your birthday. Dammit, grandma, I wanted a Model 3!

Gentlemen! To the Mirthmobile! If only it were blue with a flame job, a dash-mounted CD player, and a RedVine dispenser.

It reminds me of my Dads Datsun B210 also.

I love a good Frankenbike! My wife’s first cheap touring bike was a LeMond BigSky racer, we swapped the old carbon fork for a Surly LHT fork. My cheap touring solution was a new Trek FX hybrid bike, for about $300. It has stays for front and rear racks, aluminum frame. 700x38s. I did wind up swapping handlebars to a

Under the Leer topper on my 2001 F150, I’ve got a 4-inch Walmart mattress pad and an Action Packer full of cooking gear. Am I an overlander?
