I would skip trying to uninstall things, and go straight for a clean wipe. You will never get all the bloat that manufacturers put on there. And nothing beats a clean Windows install. Whenever I buy a laptop, the first thing I do is wipe it clean and reinstall Windows before even booting the desktop.
